Call for Spain to play the World Cup in Brazil

The return of the Bayern Munich defender Javi Martínez due to the injury of the Barcelona player Gerard Piqué is the only novelty in the call-up of the national coach, Vicente del Bosque, for the matches against Belarus and France in the qualifying phase for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Spain will play on Friday 12 October Minsk against Belarus and on Tuesday 16 receive France at the Vicente Calderón stadium in Madrid.

Forwards: David Silva (Manchester City), Jesus Navas (Sevilla), Pedro Rodriguez and David Villa (FC Barcelona), Roberto Soldado (Valencia) and Fernando Torres (Chelsea).
