Julen Lopetegui made known to the 23 Spanish players who will form the team that will compete in the World Cup in Russia 2018. Players are the following:
Goalkeepers: By Gea, Pepe Reina and Kepa
Defenses: Carvajal, Odriozol, Pique, Sergio Ramos, Nacho, Azpilicueta, Jordi Alba and Monreal
Means: Silva, Busquets, Saul, Boil, Thiago, Iniesta, Isco
Forwards: Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, Iago Aspas, Rodrigo and Diego Costa
Six players survive the World Cup of 2010 which he won Spain (Reina, Ramos, Pique, Busquets, Iniesta and Silva) y 12 the last World Cup held in Brazil in 2014 (Reina, By Gea, Ramos, Pique, Azpilicueta, Alba, Busquets, Iniesta, Silva, Boil, Iniesta and Diego Costa)
