The first league weekend in Spain and England has marked the start of many of the transatlantic ships of world football. La Premier, the League have started as expected with the victory of the majority of the favorites. In Italy, the Super Cup has been played. These are some of the stories we tell in our Sunday section dedicated to remembering the best of the European day.

1- Debut and goal by Soldado: the Premier started with the victory of all the favorites except Arsenal that succumbed 1-3 in his own fiefdom. Chelsea added their 61st consecutive victory at Stanford Bridge with José Mourinho as coach and with a great goal from Lampard and Manchester showed that with Moyes they can continue the glorious path that Ferguson left., especially because it has a safe value in Van Persie.

In a day where only three of the 20 teams have an English goalkeeper, the big news was Roberto Soldado's goalscoring debut, that led to Tottenham's victory against Crystal Palace.

2- The League of the two: In Spain, the most outstanding note was the resounding victory of Barcelona by 7-0 against Levante in what is the Catalan club's biggest win in a league debut. Madrid suffered more but also managed to overcome Real Betis with a header from Isco at the last minute. View the superiority of both, the question will be to know, Who will be the third and how far away will there be?

The day was also the expected debut of Neymar, who came out in the second half and failed to score despite the bulge of the scoreboard.

3- Italian Supercopa: neither in China as usual nor in Toronto, where the Canadian Federation made a succulent offer, the Italian Super Cup was played in Rome and ended with a blushing 4-0 Juventus over Lazio. Stephan Lichtsteiner with a goal and a pass was the great protagonist of a night in which Fernando Llorente did not play a minute.

4- The great derby of Holland: In the Netherlands despite what you may believe the great derby is not Ajax-PSV, but Ajax-Feyenoord who faced each other on the third day of the Eredivisie. The Icelandic Kolbeinn Sigthorsson was the star of the match by scoring both goals for the Amsterdam club. Those of Rotterdam are bottom with this new defeat, the third in a row. The Classic se disputa desde 1921 and it's one of the oldest rivalries in Europe. Ajax is said to represent the upper class and Feyenoord the working class.

5- Bundesliga and Ligue 1: in the german league, Bayern and Borussia Dortmund continue to count their matches by wins. The bad news was the partial tear of ligaments that will have him a prolonged time off the pitch.. In France, Monaco achieved a spectacular thrashing against Montpellier for 4-1. Falcao marcó, but the standout note was Emmanuel Riviere, the young Monegasque pearl that her 23 años (was born on March 3, 1990) added a hat-trick and commands the classification of top French gunners.
