AC Milan could pay 24 million euros for Guardiola

Guardiola is the man chosen by Milan to get out of the crisis that the Lombard club is going through. According to the newspaper ‘La Repubblica’, The first contacts between Silvio Berlusconi and the former FC Barcelona coach would have already taken place so that he would take over the team from the next campaign.

The meeting would have taken place in New York, where Guardiola has established his residence this year, and in the course of it the president of Milan would have offered him a four-season contract at a rate of six million a year.

Eleventh in Serie A with seven points from seven games and as many from the leaders Juventus and Naples, Milan is going through one of its worst sporting crises in decades, weighed down by the sale of its stars -Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva o Cassano- to reduce your bulky financial debt.

Despite the poor results achieved in recent games, Vice President Adriano Galliani has come out in defense of the coach, ensuring that “Allegri is not up for discussion”. An endorsement in public that seems more expensive than the gallery, but that does not hide the true intentions of Milan, who is already looking for a replacement.

Possible candidates for the rossonero bench include former team glories such as Roberto Baggio and Paolo Maldini, but Guardiola is still the best placed to take over the reins of the team and straighten out the lost course of one of the most powerful clubs on the continent.
