Qualifying days for the next World Cup in Brazil over 2014, the main European leagues are back in action. And they do it leaving us great matches and stories that should be highlighted. Italia, Netherlands, Spain, Germany or England occupy our weekly dedicated to highlighting the best of the weekend in Europe:
- An unstoppable Naples and the return of Kaká. Serie A left us great news. The first that Naples is confirmed as one of the strongest teams to win the Scudetto. The sale of Cavani seems to have been perfectly exploited to have reassembled a solid team where Higuaín and Callejón seem to be in a permanent love affair with the goal. (Callejón has scored in all three games). With three games played, he is the only one who adds his duels for victories. And it is that in the great derby of Italy, Juventus and Inter drew 1-1 at San Siro in a match where neither Giovinco nor Llorente had minutes. although perhaps, the great image was seeing Kaká wear shorts again with the AC Milan shirt. Juice 70 minutes and did not get it wrong, although this did not prevent the rossonero club from passing the tie. The bad news was the injury of Mario Gómez, that with a partial tear of the ligament will be three months off.
- Arsenal leader and debut of Eto’o and Ozil. Manchester City stumbled that did not go beyond the draw and also Chelsea against Everton in the premiere of Samuel Eto’o under the command of José Mourinho. Who did not do it was Arsenal, that at the premiere of Ozil, beat Sunderland by 1-3. United also won with a good goal from Rooney, the same as Tottenham, where despite not marking Roberto Soldado, successfully resolved the Norwich City visit.
- Bale scored but Madrid did not win. Real Madrid drew two at Villarreal in the debut of Gareth Bale who, in addition to scoring a goal, made a very good impression. Cristiano Ronaldo also scored (who has renewed up 2018 payment of 17 million euros net per season), but still it was not enough for the whites to win a yellow submarine that could take the victory if it had not been for the good work of Diego López. Barcelona and Atlético did not fail. The first ones beat Sevilla 3-2 in a match marked by controversy because a goal was annulled to the apparently legal Sevilla team and one minute more than it should have been added. Just the period in which Barcelona scored the winning goal. Atlético is consolidated as a leader thanks to a spectacular attack commanded by Diego Costa and David Villa.
- Zwolle and Borussia remain leaders. He lost his first game to Ajax but still the surprising Zwolle continues to lead. PSV did not go from a draw to 2 against Twente, the same as the Feyenord, that managed to tie 3 in the field of the NEC Nijmegen. In Germany, the leadership is a thing of Borussia Dortmund who thrashed 6-2 to hamburg. The yellow ones have 15 points, by 13 of Bavaria, his immediate pursuer.
- And we end up with France where Monaco is the first in the standings after his victory by 1-0 before the Lorient. Falcao scored from a penalty. In the big game of the day, PSG beat Girondins by 0-2 in a match where Zlatan Ibrahimovic saw no door, nor did Edinson Cavani.
