The death of a fan and electrical problems

Last update 6 April, 2024 by Alberto Llopis

The death of a fan 82 years in the Levante field has shocked the followers of the League this day. A heart attack has ended the life of a follower “frog” who came to his team to enjoy a Sunday afternoon. Possibly, His death has nothing to do with the match schedule (las 16 hours), but it is not advisable to ignore the fact.

In a league where any case goes, play on a Sunday in September with a really high temperature (30º) maybe it's not the most convenient. First, because at that time the viewer is deprived of a Sunday with family or friends. A soccer game must be a plus per week, something to enjoy, but never a nuisance. You cannot spare a person who has been working or studying all week to go and see a match.. If what happens does not happen, that the stadiums suffer and begin to drop alarmingly in attendance.

But even worse. For a television issue, You cannot make the brave man who thinks of going to the venue, on top of that suffer. Watching a game under the sun with hardly any protection from the stadium becomes hell. And if on top, it goes out on a hot day, needless to say. That's why, that the LFP and the Federation have to put their cards on the tables and stop the operators' feet.

Nobody in their right mind believes the lie of those who claim that these times are programmed like this to be able to watch all the games. Is there a brave person who can watch 8 meetings in a day? It's time to think more about the fan, that at the end of the day is who pays, and you already know, he who pays rules. Because without spectators there are no audiences, and without audiences there is no television. Otherwise, we will continue killing football.

Regarding the electrical problems in Vallecas, It is necessary for the League to put a series of controls on the stadiums and review their capacities to host top-level matches. And it is that, among other things, we started to be third worlders…with what it implies.

PD: Rest in peace V.D.S and from here from Colgadosporelfutbol, our deepest condolences.
