Let all the peoples play! With this motto the NF-Board is presented, better known as the Non-FIFA-Board, an international association born out of the main world soccer organization whose main mission is to collect community and provincial amateur soccer teams, who are not federated to FIFA.
These are groups that belong to territories that do not have internationally recognized sovereignty, with the exception of Monaco and Kiribati, which do enjoy the status of independent countries. Founded on 12 from December to 2003, its headquarters is in Liège, Belgium, and its importance is increasing over time. In the image and likeness of FIFA, los 34 members organize parties among themselves to participate in the VIVA World Cup, the World Cup of the peculiar Federation, which took place for the first time between the 19 y 25 November 2006 in the Occitania region (France) and who has already disputed until 2012 five editions.
Until now, of those five editions, the Italian region of Padania is the most awarded team with three World Cups, but Lapland or Kurdistan have also raised the championship cup of this World Cup that does not have a fixed number of teams but that already had in the past year with up to nine of the 34 representatives in competition.

Despite being completely separate from FIFA at the moment, the truth is that in recent times there have been contacts with the entity chaired by Joseph Blatter so that it becomes the organization of the meetings and tournaments, Although there are many obstacles, among them those of the member countries of FIFA itself.
By way of illustration, here we leave the name of the members of all federations federated to the NF-Board. Many of them are known. It should be noted that Gibraltar no longer belongs to it after joining UEFA.
