Mauricio Pellegrino is no longer coach of Valencia CF a few minutes ago. The board of directors of the Valencian club has decided to dismiss the Argentine coach after the defeat by 2 goals to 5 against Real Sociedad, in the game played this afternoon at Mestalla.
The bad streak of the Valencian team, lost in the lower middle part of the table and the defeat in practically all the matches away from their stadium have influenced the decision. after the game, there have been incidents with the fans that have positioned themselves against the club president, Manuel Llorente being against his management.
The Valencian team is going through a serious economic crisis, social, institutional and now sports. It is not yet known what names the club is considering to replace the Argentine, but in the next few days the club will have to find him a replacement. The coach becomes the second coach to fall, after his compatriot, the also Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, that was stopped this week by Espanyol.
